Brief Introduction
This is an intelligent machine capable of arranging, gluing and pressing the strips onto epoxy dotted paper/insulating paper. Discharging mechanism: arrange the bracing in regular order in the bracing hopper and send it to the pre-mounting area through the conveyor belt in the front section.
Push mechanism is to push the brace forward to the mount mechanism for mount.
Glue coating mechanism is to evenly spread the glue on the brace through the roller made of nylon.
The mounting mechanism is used to stick the pushed bracing strips onto the insulating paper.
The auxiliary pressing mechanism is used to cooperate with the movement of the pressing &moving mechanism.
The function of the unwinding mechanism is to release the insulating paper coil in accordance with the speed of the moving mechanism.
