Usage:
They can be used separately for two purposes: one can be used for automatic paper cutting, and the second is for manual sizing, semi-automatic rolling of paper. Crepe paper tubes can only be rolled one by one, but with automatic sizing and feeding function. This machine can produce different specifications of paper tubes.

This is an intelligent machine that can cut paper, put glue and roll the paper tubes. It has high production efficiency and can be operated individually. The full-automatic wrinkle paper tube machine is divided into two parts, namely, the automatic paper cutting and feeding system and the automatic paper rolling system. The two parts can be used together or separated and used separately. According to the inner diameter demand range of the paper tube, the model of the automatic pipe rolling system is selected. The inner diameter range of the paper tube of the small-sized coil system is 5mm-10 mm, that of the medium-sized coil system is 10 mm-20 mm, and that of the large-sized coil system is 21 mm-100 mm. The paper reels selected for combined use (i.e. full-automatic Figure 1) can be operated in the range of ID: 7mm-20mm, paper feeding length is 300mm-600mm, pipe length is 1000mm, and wall thickness is freely set, that is to say, full-automatic is only applicable to medium-sized pipe reeling system, not applicable to small-sized and large-sized models. When it is disassembled for use, the automatic paper-cut feeding system is used for paper-cut, and the automatic paper rolling system is responsible for paper rolling. One equipment of the automatic paper rolling system can not meet the requirements of all sizes of paper tubes, which is divided into three models: large, medium and small, and corresponding solutions are provided according to the specific requirements of customers.
