Mainly used in the manufacture of transformer strips. Each time, It can produce 10 to 20 strips with smooth surface, which is five times efficiency of ordinary strips processing machine, material utilization increased by 20%.



Characteristics:
The machine has the special design to separate the slitting from chamfering process, which makes the strips produced have small width and thickness tolerances and without burrs. 

Besides, each cutter shaft of the machine can be adjusted; and it is equipped with a safety cover and semi-automatic feeding system. It has a cooling and dust removal system to extend the life of the saw blade and reduce dust.

Operation steps 
Before starting work, close the safety cover (17) to reduce noise and dust. Place the pressboard plate on the cutting platform (1) from the left, and the plate, transferred by the feeding roller (3), will pass the slitting cutter (5), the upper chamfering cutter (10) and the lower chamfering cutter (11) and the strips will come into shape. Then after the grinding of the sandpaper wheel (12) and the cleaning of the brush wheel (13), the process completes. During the process, workers can monitor the internal condition through the observation window (1701).
