This paper is highly refined and cleaned to ensure uniform thickness and free from formation Pinholes, un-dispersed fiber bundles and tiny defects
It is a low-voltage grade insulating paper well suited for making electromagnetic wires, power cables of
transformers below 35kV and other electrical insulating equipments below 35kV

Applications
Used widely as electrical insulation wrap on aluminium and copper wires by conductor manufacturers,electrical insulation between layers of wound coils in electrical motors, in capacitors, transformers & such other electrical equipment. Insulating paper is wrapped in the outermost layer of the cable to protect the insulating layer of the conductive core and seal it against moisture intrusion or damage to the insulating layer. The paper is durable and even. It has high tensile, folding and tear strength. Free of metals, sand or conductive acidic substances. The dielectric constant is high. The paper has good stability when subject to insulating liquids. It is made from unbleached sulfate coniferous wood pulp, freely beaten, without sizing and without filling (material), and is made on a long wire paper machine. Used for insulation of wires or cables.
Specifications
Our ordinary insulating papers are available in nominal thicknesses from 50 to 250 microns,
and in continuous rolls up to the widths of 625, 960mm and 1200mm (the roll diameter being 680 to 730mm),
or other customized diameters and widths on request.

A: It is depending on the volume. The larger the volume, the more discount you can enjoy.

A: Our warehouse staff will leave another same sample in our company, with your company name marked on it, which our production will be based on.
Q: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
