This is a smart machine that can automatically process multiple strips or round bars. It can process high-density electrical laminate wood and high-density paperboard within the diameter of 4-30mm.
Mainly used in the manufacture of transformer oil duct and strips. Each time, It can produce 10 to 20 strips with smooth surface, which is five times efficiency of ordinary strips processing machine, material utilization increased by 20%.
Transformer bracing is an important part of the coil, generally has two functions in the transformer, one is as a mechanical support between the windings, the other is used to fix the oil gap pad block, bracing is the main insulation component of the transformer, the quality of bracing directly affects the insulation performance of the transformer.
Transformer bracing forming process is usually directly by the top and bottom chamfer cutter for bracing slitting and chamfering shape , however this way work out chamfering with burr, Transformer braces with burrs or burrs are not conducive to insulation, and during in slitting  and chamfering molding process for bracing, can produce a large amount of powder, if not to clean up in a timely manner the powder will be to adversely affect the quality of bracing.
The above problems are effectively solved by multiple bracing machines. The tolerances of bracing width and thickness are small and there is no burr.
