There is an breakdown alert device, the machine can auto shut down while something wrong happened, and detective the fault automatically.The main saw of the transmission structure adopts Taiwan Samsung multi-groove belt, and import belt for Small saw triangle belt, high precision German SLM and rack combination drive, we all use international famous brand of the electrical appliances, toggle components and key components, in order to make sure the accuracy and reliable of the machine, according to the thick of the board, the main saw can cut speedy and Stepless adjustment.

It retains the flexibility of the traditional electronic cutting saw to arrange the material data randomly by hand, and expands the features of intelligent data import, wireless remote control start and stop operation, remote monitoring, and adds practical functions such as order design, order removal optimization, residual material management, layout optimization, bar code printing, etc. At the same time, it is open to all software ports, such as Yuanfang, Huaguang, CV, 1010, Weilon, Haixun, three-dimensional home, Yunxi, Shangchuan and other design software, and supports MicrosoftExcel manual production of material list, with powerful optimization and programming functions, and can construct real operations to simulate real problems. When workers operate the equipment, they only need to place the workpiece according to the prompts of the computer interface, and the cutting size data is refreshed by the computer intelligently (scanning code) to achieve one-click operation. Generally, they only need 2 hours of training to start work.
